Public Notice of

Baldonnell Road Improvement Scheme & Access Road to Proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct Baldonnell Road Improvement Scheme & Access Road to Proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

as described below:

  • Construction of 300 linear metres of new widened carriageway on Baldonnell Road complete with grass verge on either side of the road
  • Construction of Cycletracks and Footpaths
  • Construction of 1 no. roundabout at the Entrance to the proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park
  • Construction of 200 metres of dual carriageway within the proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park
  • Construction of 150 metres of single carriageway within the proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park
  • Construction of 2 no. Roundabouts within the proposed Milltown Business and Technology Park
  • Upgrade of Baldonnell Road/Aylmer Road Junction as a small roundabout
  • Demolition of existing house and provision of ancillary service works.

Plans and particulars of the proposed developments are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at:-

South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.30 pm Friday (inspection and purchase).

South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices ,Clondalkin, Dublin 22, between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.30 pm Friday (inspection and purchase).

Clondalkin Library, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, between the hours of 9.45am 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45 4.30pm Friday and Saturday (inspection only).

From Monday 21st July to Monday 1st September 2008.

Submissions and observations with respect to this matter, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:

Dublin 24.

Closing date for receipt of submissions is up to and including 4.30 pm on Friday 19th September 2008.
