Dublin County Council being the Planning Authority for the said County, has
made a Development Plan for the period 2004 - 2010 for its functional area.

South Dublin County Council made its new Development Plan 2004-2010 at a
Special Meeting of the Council on Wednesday 10th November 2004.
The new Plan will come into effect and will be the operative Development Plan
for South Dublin on Wednesday, 8th December 2004, i.e. four (4) weeks from the
date it was made.
Accordingly all decisions made on planning applications by South Dublin on or
after 8th December 2004 shall have regard to the provisions of the new
Development Plan.
