Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2013-2015
Section 48 Planning & Development Acts 2000-2011
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2011 that South Dublin County Council has prepared a draft Development Contribution Scheme 2013-2015 for the administrative area of South Dublin County Council, details are as follows:
| Description of Development | Amount of Contribution |
| Non Residential Development | €81.65 per square metre |
| Residential Development | €88.27 per square metre |
Copies of the draft Development Contribution Scheme 2013-2015 are available for inspection from Wednesday 10th October 2012 to Wednesday 21st November 2012 (inclusive) at the following locations:

Submissions in relation to the Draft Development Contributions Scheme 2013-2015should be clearly marked “Draft Development Contribution Scheme†and either posted to: Tony Shanahan, Administrative Officer, Development, Economic & Transport Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or sent by email to: devcontscheme@sdublincoco.ie by 5.00pm on Wednesday 21st November 2012.
Submissions cannot be accepted after this date or in any other format or to any other postal address or email address.
