ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations:
1. over portion of laneway to the rear of 69 and 70 Castle Park,Tallaght, Dublin 24.
2. over laneway between 56/58 Heatherview Drive and 51/53 Heatherview Close, Aylesbury, Dublin 24.
The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on maps which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 4.30p.m. Friday) from Thursday 24th October, 2013 to Friday 22nd November, 2013.
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before Monday at 5p.m. on 9th December, 2013 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
