Proposed Temporary Closure of
Bohernabreena Road (Hill), Co. Dublin
To facilitate Bohernabreena Classic Car Show Committee to hold a community event, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close the following road:
Road Name: Bohernabreena Road (Hill), from St Anne’s Church to the top of Bohernabreena Hill.
Date of Closure: Sunday 14 June 2026
Time of Closure: 10:00 AM to 4:00pm
Detour Route 1: Opposite side of Glenasmole Valley
Detour Distance: 10km
Detour Route 2: via Hellfire Road Kilakee
Detour Distance: 11KM

Local Access to be maintained at all times

24 hr Emergency Access to be maintained
Any person interested may lodge an observation/submission in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie no later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 8th June 2026.
