Proposed Temporary Closure of Tandy’s Lane,

 Lucan, Co. Dublin

To facilitate Rycroft Construction Limited to allow a new storm, foul and water mains connections to be connected to existing main line services, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close a section of the following road:

Road Name:                         Tandy’s Lane, Lucan, Co. Dublin (200m section                                                 of road to theimmediate south end of Tandy’s                                                   Lane Playground 2)

From:                                     Monday 20th July 2026.                              

To:                                          Friday 14th August 2026.                                                   

Time of Closure:                       7:00AM to 5:00PM

Detour Route:         The proposed detour is for the residents of the                                                 Somerton Housing Complex to travel north along                                             Tandy’s Lane towards roadway L1030, an approximate                                   detour of 357 metres.

• Local access will be maintained.

• 24hr emergency access to be maintained at all times.
