Take notice that South Dublin County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”) has on 6th November, 2013 made a Vesting Order whereby the land specified in the Schedule hereto, all of which land is situate in the County of Dublin, will on the 28th November, 2013 vest in the Council in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, title and interests of whatsoever kind pursuant to the Housing Act, 1966, Section 81.
And further take notice that copies of the said Vesting Order and the map therein referred to may now be inspected at the Offices of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and at County Library, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
A copy of the Vesting Order and Map is also available on the South Dublin County Council Website www.sdcc.ie
