SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

   

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)

 

Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following location:

 

        Over laneway to the rear of Nos. 34 to 40 Limekiln Avenue,  Walkinstown, Dublin 12

 

The right of way to be extinguished is indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 4.30p.m. Friday) from Thursday 24th July, 2014 to Monday 25th August, 2014.

 

Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before Monday at 5p.m. on 8th September, 2014 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).

 

It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
